Refund policy

All sales are final.  Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the highest level of safety and quality for our customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. 

If you received a damage or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.  We will review the situation and work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
