Welcome to Lynn Ann Ryan Co. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Opening Orders & Reorders

Opening wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of $300. 

All reorder minimums are $150.

Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods through our invoicing system:  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal

Payment is required according to the invoice terms provided at checkout or invoicing.

Shipping Policy

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days for order processing and shipment.

Holiday orders may require an additional 3–5 business days for processing.

 

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for shipment. Customers will receive updates throughout the production and shipping process.

Returns, Refunds & Damages

All sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted once products have shipped.

We only accept claims for damaged products. Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
